I’m not sure why i need catalyst event like the US elections to find my voice, and then, once the victory’s in the bag, i loose my voice again (yes, I’m referring to my MIA status on my blog)… but anyway, while I’m waiting to find it again, i would just like to point out that at least I’m not completely wasting my time.

I recently switched my TV channels to getting the Movie Network (you know the 5 all day movie channels), and now, they’ve just added HBO. And can i just say? HBO rocks! Other than the fact that i just got hooked on Entourage cuz they’re playing an entire season all afternoon, i also got to drool over Bill Maher (no, not his looks, his wit!), and crack up at at least 3 comedy shows (Ricky Gervais, Little Britain and um… can’t remember the others). And i like that not only do i not have to sit through 10 minutes of commercials per episode, but the 4 minutes between each program is spent on promos of other HBO shows, and i gotta say, they use them to really highlight how HBO takes risks on the choices that they make, and i have to say, it really makes for compelling drama.

Plus, with the Movie Network, I’ve caught up with about 8 good movies i missed out on seeing in the past 2 years. So, not writing in my blog cuz I’m too busy watching TV? Yeah, that’s a lame excuse, i agree, but at least it’s HBO, right?
